- Tattoo must be completely covered by up to 2 of the facility's designated cover stickers (11 x 20 cm)
- Sticker price stated in the Feb 2024 notice: 310 yen each (as of 2026-10-09)
- Tell the front desk about the tattoo on arrival; refusing to buy/use the stickers means no entry
- Larger tattoos that cannot be covered by 2 stickers: entry refused
