The operator's FAQ says its three town baths (Otakinoyu, Gozanoyu and Sainokawara) do not specifically refuse guests with tattoos, and asks every visitor to follow bathing etiquette.

Does Gozanoyu have a private bath?
No private bath is listed on the official site. The FAQ says there is no private (kashikiri) bath.
